Job Title: AR Analyst – Prochant, Coimbatore 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Review and analyze outstanding insurance claims.  
• Follow up with insurance payers on unpaid or denied claims.  
• Investigate and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.  
• Update claim status and maintain accurate documentation.  
• Ensure timely collections while meeting productivity and quality targets.  
• Escalate complex issues and support revenue cycle optimization.  

Required Skills: 

• Strong knowledge of U.S. Medical Billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).  
• Experience in Accounts Receivable (AR) follow-up and denial management.  
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.  
• Proficiency in MS Office and billing software.  
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.  
• Ability to work independently and meet performance metrics.  
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US healthcare process).
