Job Title: AR Caller  – Prochant, Coimbatore 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Make outbound calls to insurance companies to check claim status.  
• Follow up on pending, denied, and unpaid medical claims.  
• Resolve claim denials and payment issues.  
• Update claim information accurately in the billing system.  
• Meet productivity and quality targets while ensuring compliance.  

Required Skills: 

• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.  
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).  
• Attention to detail and good documentation skills.  
• Ability to work night shifts and in a team environment.  
• Knowledge of U.S. medical billing/RCM is an added advantage.
