Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Master's Degree in English with NET/SET/Ph.D. as per UGC norms. 
• Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching skills. 
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities. 
• Research orientation with publication experience (preferred). 
• Proficiency in digital teaching tools and LMS platforms. 
• Teamwork, mentoring ability, and strong organizational skills.
