Key Responsibilities

• • Handle key responsibilities associated with Tele-Calling and Business Operations.
  • Make a minimum of 90–120 cold calls per day to potential clients.
  • Coordinate with clients in real time and assist with required documentation and reporting.
  • Keep CRM records updated and ensure timely follow-ups with clients and prospects.
  • Drive revenue generation through successful closure of IT service deals.
  • Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to maximize business opportunities.
  • Work closely with relevant teams to ensure smooth client coordination and deal execution.

Eligibility Criteria

• • Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Tele-Calling, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, Tamil, or Hindi.
  • Strong logical and creative thinking skills with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
  • Should be hardworking, adaptable, quick to learn, and comfortable working in different shifts.
  • Possess a target-driven approach, high self-motivation, and a strong focus on achieving revenue goals.

Benefits & Compensation

• • ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month base salary under a target-based structure, along with attractive incentives.
  • Salary and incentives will be determined strictly based on performance, productivity, and achievement of assigned targets.
  • A 6-month performance stabilization period will be provided to help employees establish consistent performance.
  • Attractive performance-linked incentives along with additional recreational benefits.
  • Upon successful conversion after 6 months, the fixed salary will be ₹2.5 – ₹5 LPA.
