Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

About the Role

Hompac Furniture is looking for energetic and customer-focused Business Development Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building customer relationships, promoting furniture products, and supporting sales growth in the assigned location.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Conduct client meetings and product presentations
• Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into sales
• Coordinate with the sales and showroom teams
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets
• Maintain customer database and sales reports
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Support marketing and promotional activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field
• 0 – 2 years of experience in sales/business development
• Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for sales and customer interaction
