Customer Relation Executive (Interior Industry) – Key Responsibilities 

1. Handle client inquiries and provide information about interior services and project updates.  
2. Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle.  
3. Understand client requirements and coordinate with design and project teams.  
4. Resolve customer complaints and ensure timely issue resolution.  
5. Schedule meetings, site visits, and follow-ups with clients as needed.  
6. Maintain customer records, feedback, and communication history in a proper system.
