Job Position : Education Counsellor

location : R.S Puram

Qualification: Any graduate 

Experience : Fresher- 1 Yrs

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding study abroad and work opportunities
• Understand student profiles and suggest suitable courses, countries, and universities
• Handle enquiries (walk-ins, calls, and online leads)
• Guide students on admission requirements, documentation, and application process
• Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments
• Assist in preparing application forms and basic documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth processing
• Maintain records of student interactions and follow-ups

Required Skills:

• Good communication and counselling skills
• Ability to understand student needs and provide solutions
• Basic knowledge of overseas education (preferred)
• Strong follow-up and convincing skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
