1. Role: Industrial Automation (IA) Sales Executive   

Key Responsibilities  

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial automation  

• Promote products like PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, Sensors, and Control Panels  

• Generate leads and convert them into customers  

• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demos  

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions  

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients  

• Prepare quotations and follow up for order closure  

• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets  

• Coordinate with technical and project teams   

Skills & Requirements  

• Basic knowledge of Industrial Automation (PLC, HMI, SCADA) 

• Good communication and presentation skills  

• Strong interest in sales and marketing  

• Ability to understand technical concepts and explain to clients  

• Willingness to travel for client visits  

• Target-driven and self-motivated
