1. Job Title: International Voice Process Executive 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients. 
• Resolve customer queries and provide timely support. 
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality standards. 
• Accurately document customer interactions in the system. 
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and performance targets. 
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required. 
• Adhere to company policies and process guidelines. 

Required Skills: 

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English. 
• Any Bachelor's degree (preferred). 
• Prior International BPO/Voice Process experience is an advantage. 
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. 
• Basic computer proficiency and typing skills. 
• Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
