Required Skills & Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Agriculture, Textiles, BSc or related field  
• Interest in Commodity trading , cotton trading, textiles, or commodity coordination  
• Strong understanding of cotton grades, quality parameters, and supply chain  
• Open to travel in India and overseas if needed. 
• Good communication and negotiation skills  
• Proficiency in MS Excel , Power BI , AI , IT and trade documentation . Hindi language , App development , strong base in digitization will be added advantage. 
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deadlines . 

Preferred Skills 

• Interested  in export/import documentation  
• Knowledge of commodity markets and pricing trends  
• Familiarity with textile / spinning industry  / Agri commodities  
• IT / Advanced MS Excel, how to integrate Commodity trading with IT and make it digitized  
• Using Ai / IT – Technology standing out and unique in the commodity trading market
