ROLE : Junior video editor

Key responsibilities:

Video shooting and Production:

• Plan and execute video shoots (indoor & outdoor)
• Handle DSLR / Mirrorless / Professional cameras

Shoot:

• Social media Reels & Shorts
• Promotional videos
• Product demo videos
• Client testimonial videos
• Office culture & branding videos
• Set up lighting (studio lights, softboxes, ring lights)
• Ensure proper audio recording (collar mic / shotgun mic)
• Capture creative B-roll footage

Video editing:

• Edit high-quality videos for:
• Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
• Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
• Website & landing page promotions
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound effects
• Create short-form and long-form content
• Optimize videos according to platform formats (vertical/horizontal)
• Maintain brand consistency in all videos

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Technical skills:

• Strong knowledge of camera settings (ISO, shutter speed, aperture, white balance)
• Good understanding of framing, angles, and composition
• Experience in lighting setup and audio handling

Proficiency in

• Adobe Premiere Pro
• After Effects
• Final Cut Pro
• CapCut / Canva (for quick edits)

Creative skills:

• Strong storytelling ability
• Knowledge of social media trends
• Ability to create performance-driven ad creatives
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Marketing Knowledge:

• Basic understanding of digital marketing
• Knowledge of Meta Ads & YouTube ad formats
• Understanding of conversion-focused video content
