1. Job Title: Malayalam Voice Process Executive 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Malayalam and English. 
• Resolve customer queries professionally and efficiently. 
• Provide accurate information about products and services. 
• Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality. 
• Update customer records and document interactions accurately. 
• Meet productivity, quality, and performance targets. 
• Follow company policies and process guidelines. 

Required Skills: 

• Fluency in Malayalam with good English communication skills. 
• Any Bachelor's degree (preferred). 
• Prior BPO/Customer Support experience is an advantage. 
• Strong communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills. 
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills. 
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
