Job Title: Medical Coding Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver classroom and online training in Medical Coding.
• Train students on ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, and medical terminology.
• Develop lesson plans, study materials, and assessments.
• Conduct mock tests and evaluate student performance.
• Provide placement-oriented training and interview preparation.
• Monitor student progress and maintain training records.
• Stay updated with industry guidelines and coding standards.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field.
• Certified Medical Coder (CPC/CCS/CIC preferred).
• 2–5 years of medical coding and/or training experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT, HCPCS, anatomy, and physiology.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online training tools.
• Ability to motivate students and deliver outcome-based training.
