Job Description

Dynamics 365 CRM Developer

Experience Required: 1 to 2 Years

About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to design, customize, and maintain our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Power Platform architecture.

Operating entirely remotely within the IST timezone, you will partner closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance technical solutions. You will own critical phases of the development lifecycle—from authoring custom C# plugins and developing complex integrations to optimizing system performance and managing deployments. What You Will Do

• Core CRM Customization: Architect and develop custom plugins, workflows, and automated processes to extend Dynamics 365 CE modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing).

• Power Platform Innovation: Build, configure, and maintain custom business applications utilizing Power Apps (Model-driven and Canvas), Power Automate flows, and Microsoft Dataverse.

• Front-End Enhancements: Develop intuitive UI components and form customizations utilizing JavaScript, TypeScript, and the Power Apps Component Framework (PCF).

• Enterprise Integrations: Design and implement seamless data exchanges between Dynamics 365 and third-party enterprise systems utilizing REST APIs, JSON, and Azure Integration Services (Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus).

• Data Management: Execute complex data extraction, transformation, and import operations using standard Data Management Frameworks and specialized tools (e.g., KingswaySoft, Scribe).

• Application Lifecycle Management (ALM): Manage solution packaging, version control, and CI/CD pipeline deployments utilizing Azure DevOps.

• System Optimization: Proactively troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize platform performance, and ensure strict code quality through comprehensive unit testing and code reviews.

What You Bring

Technical Expertise

• Core Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on, enterprise-level development experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics 365 CE.

• Programming Languages: Strong command of C# and .NET for robust server-side logic, coupled with advanced JavaScript/TypeScript for client-side scripting.

• System Architecture: Deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 SDK, Dataverse security models, robust API design, and out-of-the-box system capabilities.

• Cloud Ecosystem: Practical working knowledge of the broader Microsoft Azure ecosystem as it integrates with CRM solutions. Qualifications & Mindset

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.

• Remote Autonomy: Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills with a track record of thriving independently in a remote-first environment.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice-to-Have Certifications

While hands-on experience is our primary focus, active Microsoft certifications demonstrate a strong commitment to the ecosystem and are highly preferred. Standout candidates will hold one or more of the following:

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400 or the upcoming AB-400): Validates your ability to design and develop custom extensions, PCF controls, and integrations within the Dataverse.

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant (PL-200):

Demonstrates a strong foundation in configuring out-of-the-box Dataverse solutions before resorting to custom code.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (MB-210 Sales or MB-230 Customer Service): Proves functional domain knowledge of the core CRM modules you will be customizing and extending.

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (CRM) (MB-910): Highlights a solid baseline understanding of the broader Dynamics
