Job Title: Process Associate – Payment Posting

 Location: Coimbatore

 Openings: 30 Nos

Eligibility: Freshers

 🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 ─────────────────────────────

 • Accurately post payments received from insurance companies and patients into the billing system

 • Review and process EOBs (Explanation of Benefits) and ERAs (Electronic Remittance Advice)

 • Identify and resolve payment discrepancies and denials

 • Ensure timely and accurate data entry of all payment transactions

 • Maintain confidentiality of patient and billing information (HIPAA compliance)

 • Coordinate with the billing and AR teams for smooth workflow

 • Meet daily productivity and quality targets

 🔹 REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

 ─────────────────────────────

 • Any degree (BCom, BBA, BSc, BA, or equivalent)

 • Good data entry speed and accuracy

 • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel)

 • Good attention to detail and analytical thinking

 • Willingness to work in night shifts (US time zone)

 • Good written and verbal communication in English

 • No prior experience required – Training will be provided
