Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel.
• Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Design, manage, and optimize MySQL databases and queries.
• Develop clean, scalable, and well-documented code following MVC and OOP principles.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, designers, QA teams, and project managers.
• Work with Git for version control and collaborative development.
• Implement authentication, authorization, and basic web security practices.
• Support frontend integration using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and basic React.js when required.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and ongoing application maintenance.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on knowledge of PHP & Laravel.
• Good understanding of MVC architecture and OOP concepts.
• Strong knowledge of MySQL and database design.
• Experience with REST APIs and API integrations.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
• Good debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Basic knowledge of React.js is an added advantage.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
