Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee sales operations across the assigned region
• Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Managers / Advisors
• Drive business growth and achieve regional sales targets
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Monitor team performance and provide guidance to improve productivity
• Build and maintain relationships with key partners and clients
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
• Prepare and present regular performance reports to management
