Krishna Rubber Products is seeking a reliable Rubber Moulding Operator to join our production team. This is an entry-level position open to any candidate over the age of 18. You will be responsible for operating machinery to mold raw rubber materials into high-quality finished products. [1]

Key Responsibilities

• Operate Machinery: Load raw rubber compounds into compression, transfer, or injection molding machines.
• Monitor Cycles: Run the machinery through its heating and curing cycles according to specific product guidelines.
• Unload & Trim: Carefully remove cured rubber parts from molds and trim away excess material (flash).
• Quality Check: Visually inspect finished items to ensure they meet company quality standards and are free of defects.
• Maintain Safety: Clean molds, maintain a tidy workstation, and strictly follow all factory safety rules. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to handle physical labor, including standing for long periods and lifting production materials.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
