Sales Executive

JOB ROLE: Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound leads from platforms like IndiaMART, website, and ads
• Conduct initial qualification calls to understand customer requirements
• Build strong relationships with prospects through effective communication
• Explain product offerings and suggest suitable automation solutions
• Coordinate with internal teams for technical inputs and proposals
• Maintain and update lead status in Zoho CRM
• Perform regular follow-ups to convert leads into customers
• Share daily/weekly sales updates and pipeline status
• Work towards achieving monthly sales targets

Key Requirements:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic understanding of industrial products / automation / machinery (preferred)
• Ability to handle high-volume leads efficiently
• Comfortable using CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
• Proactive and result-oriented mindset
• Ability to understand customer pain points and suggest solutions

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B sales
• Exposure to IndiaMART / Justdial / inbound lead platforms
• Basic technical understanding of automation or machinery products
• Ability to speak multiple languages (Hindi/Tamil/English preferred)
