Job Title: Senior Architect

Location: Oculus CBE

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of architectural projects.
• Develop innovative design concepts and oversee detailed documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Review and approve architectural drawings, specifications, and technical details.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and design compliance.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Mentor junior architects and ensure adherence to company standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 5–8+ years of professional architectural experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction practices, and project management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, client management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
