1. JOB ROLE : Senior UI/UX Designer  

 𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐓𝐢𝐭𝐥𝐞: 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧er (𝐔𝐈/𝐔𝐗, 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧 & 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠)  

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Design Intern who is passionate about crafting engaging digital experiences across UI/UX design, graphic design, and video editing.   

𝐔𝐈/𝐔𝐗 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫 

• Experience as a UI/UX Designer and Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Creative Suite. 
• Strong understanding of responsive design, mobile-first principles, and accessibility standards. 
• Solid grasp of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and usability testing. 
• Ability to balance user needs with business objectives and technical feasibility. 
• A strong design portfolio showcasing relevant projects across web and mobile platforms. 

 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐡𝐢𝐜 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐞𝐫 

• A creative thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing work in branding, presentations, and digital design. 
• The ability to deliver high-quality work efficiently and be a collaborative team player, ensuring projects move forward smoothly and on time. 
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva is a MUST. 
• Familiarity with web UI/UX principles and tools like Figma is a definite plus. 

𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨 𝐄𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 

• Hands-on video editing experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong storytelling and motion work.Assist in editing and producing 7 short-form videos (60 seconds each) and 1 long-form video (8-10 minutes) weekly 
• Collaborate with the Content Studio team to create high-quality video content focusing on AI/ML tools, systems, and projects 
• Maintain creative and technical excellence across all video projects 
• Innovate with motion graphics and effects using Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects to enhance video storytelling
