Job Title: Service Advisor – Chandra Hyundai

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Prepare job cards and explain service recommendations, timelines, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery.
• Keep customers updated on service progress and obtain approvals for additional work.
• Ensure smooth vehicle delivery and explain completed repairs and invoices.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and resolve service-related queries.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, or any relevant discipline.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of automobile systems and service processes.
• Good coordination, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management systems is an advantage.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
