Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, and service packaging machines at customer sites.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues.
• Diagnose faults and carry out timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Provide technical support and operational guidance to customers.
• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
• Coordinate with internal teams for effective service delivery.
