Software Developer Key Responsibilities - Develop, test, and maintain software applications. - Write clean and efficient code using Core Java. - Work with SQL databases and perform database operations. - Participate in technical training and practical sessions. - Identify and resolve software issues. - Collaborate with team members to develop and improve applications. - Follow company policies and development standards. Training & Compensation - Training Duration: 6 months / 180 working days. - Stipend: ₹10,000 per month during training. - Accommodation: Free accommodation during training. - Post-Training CTC: ₹3 LPA, based on training performance. - Bond: Minimum 3-year service agreement as per company policy. - Work Location: Candidates may be posted anywhere in India or abroad.
