We are seeking a passionate and experienced PGT English Teacher to teach Higher Secondary students (Classes XI & XII). The ideal candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to prepare students for board examinations while developing their language and literary skills.

Key Responsibilities

Teach English for Classes XI & XII as per the Matric Higher Secondary syllabus.

Prepare detailed lesson plans and deliver engaging classroom sessions.

Conduct regular assessments, unit tests, and model examinations.

Evaluate answer scripts and provide constructive feedback to students.

Improve students' grammar, vocabulary, writing, reading, and speaking skills.

Prepare students for board examinations with effective revision strategies.

Maintain student attendance, academic records, and progress reports.

Use modern teaching methods, smart classrooms, and digital learning tools.

Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and staff meetings.

Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

Master's Degree (M.A.) in English
