• Monitor call quality and ensure process compliance.
• Allocate leads and manage daily team operations.
• Prepare performance reports and MIS for management.
• Resolve customer escalations and support issue resolution.
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
• Drive continuous process improvement and team engagement.
