Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Promote credit card features, benefits, and offers.
• Assess customer eligibility as per banking guidelines.
• Assist customers with application and KYC documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for application processing.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and customer follow-ups.
• Resolve customer queries and support declined application reprocessing.
• Achieve assigned sales and productivity targets.
