1. UI/UX Designer Intern (1 Opening)  

JOB DESCRIPTION  

Xplore Intellects is hiring 1 UI/UX Designer Intern to work on creating intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging digital experiences. This internship is suitable for students and fresh graduates passionate about UI design, user experience, product design, and creative problemsolving.  

Responsibilities  

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user interface designs for web and mobile applications.  

• Conduct user research and gather insights to improve user experience.  

• Design user-friendly layouts, design systems, and visual components.  

• Collaborate with developers and team members to implement design solutions.  

• Create high-quality UI mockups and interactive prototypes using design tools.  

• Analyze user feedback and improve designs based on usability principles.  

• Support the design and documentation process for live projects.  

Requirements  

• Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design approaches.  

• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or similar tools.  

• Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, and responsive design concepts.  

• Understanding of web and mobile application design practices.  

• Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and visual design principles.  

• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.  

• A portfolio or sample design projects is an added advantage.
