JOB DESCRIPTION – CRM EXECUTIVE

Position: CRM Executive

Position Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused CRM Executive to manage customer interactions, maintain CRM records, support sales activities, and ensure a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle customer enquiries and communications.
2. Maintain accurate customer information and CRM records.
3. Follow up with customers and support customer retention.
4. Coordinate with the Sales Head regarding customer requirements.
5. Update customer-related information regularly in the CRM.
6. Track customer follow-ups and pending enquiries.
7. Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate support.
8. Maintain customer-related reports and documentation.
9. Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer service.
10. Support the sales team in improving customer conversion and retention.

Candidate Requirements

1. Qualification: Any UG Degree

Work Details

1. Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
2. Notice Period: 3 months
