Job Description

Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calling, and referrals.
Promote and sell the company's products and services, including deposits, loans, and insurance, directly to customers.
Ensure the smooth functioning of all branch activities in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Maintain branch records, files, and operational documentation properly.
Develop branch-level business growth strategies.
Recruit Customer Relationship Executives (CRE)for branch business activities.
Supervise, train, and motivate the branch sales team to achieve performance goals.
Recruit field agents and business agents for business expansion.
Assign responsibilities to team members and monitor their performance regularly.
Achieve monthly sales targets by generating leads, converting prospects, and ensuring consistent revenue growth.
