Key Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor assigned footwear production machines safely and efficiently.
• Set up machines and ensure proper machine parameters before production.
• Monitor production output, machine performance, and product quality.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and report machine abnormalities to the supervisor/maintenance team.
• Maintain production targets while minimizing material wastage and downtime.
• Conduct basic quality checks and ensure products meet specified standards.
• Follow SOPs, 5S, safety procedures, and workplace discipline.
• Maintain proper records of production, machine issues, and material usage.
• Support material handling, counting, scanning, packing, and other production activities when required.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of operating industrial/footwear production machinery.
• Understanding of machine settings, production processes, and quality checks.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Good attention to detail and ability to identify defects.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented production environment.
• Strong discipline, teamwork, and willingness to work in shifts.
• Knowledge of 5S, workplace safety, and SOP compliance is preferred.
• Freshers with ITI/Diploma qualification may also be considered.

Preferred Profile

ITI / Diploma candidates with Mechanical, Fitter, Production or related technical background. Prior experience in footwear or manufacturing operations will be an added advantage.
