Job Description

Operate CNC and VMC machines as per production requirements.
Load and unload components from machines.
Follow instructions provided by the supervisor and setter.
Read and understand basic engineering drawings.
Check component dimensions using Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and other measuring instruments.
Monitor machine operations and report any abnormalities.
Maintain production quality and achieve daily production targets.
Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S in the machine shop.
Ensure proper handling of tools, components, and materials.

Required Skills

asic knowledge of CNC / VMC machine operations. Knowledge of measuring instruments. Ability to understand basic engineering drawings. Willingness to work in shifts. Good discipline and teamwork.
