Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, commission, and service textile machinery at customer sites.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and operational issues.
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Attend customer service calls and provide timely technical support.
• Perform machine inspections and ensure proper functioning.
• Prepare service reports and maintain service records.
• Coordinate with the technical and production teams for issue resolution.
• Provide basic machine-operation guidance and technical support to customers.

Required Skills:

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Textile Engineering.
• 0–3 years of experience in service/maintenance; freshers with relevant skills may apply.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a technical team.
