Key Responsibilities 

• Supervise daily construction activities and workforce. 
• Monitor work quality and project progress. 
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and vendors. 
• Maintain site records and prepare progress reports. 
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and project schedules. 

Required Skills 

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. 
• 0–1 year of experience (Freshers are welcome). 
• Basic knowledge of construction practices and site management. 
• Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills. 
• Ability to read drawings and solve site-related issues.
