Key Responsibilities

1. Deliver classroom and online training in Mechanical Engineering subjects.
2. Conduct hands-on training using industry standard software and real-time project examples.
3. Prepare training materials, assignments, practical exercises, and assessments.
4. Mentor students for internships, job interviews, and career development.
5. Explain engineering concepts through practical case studies and live demonstrations.
6. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
7. Stay updated with the latest engineering technologies, software, and industry practices.
8. Coordinate with the placement team to prepare students for recruitment opportunities.

Qualifications

1. B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Civil Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
2. Minimum 1–3 years of teaching, industrial, or training experience.
3. Relevant software certifications or industry experience will be an added advantage.
