Sales Executive

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team at Special Handcrafts, a customized gifts and corporate gifting company.

Responsibilities

Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other platforms.

Explain products, pricing, and customization options to customers.

Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into orders.

Generate new sales and maintain good customer relationships.

Coordinate with the production and packing teams to ensure timely order processing.

Maintain sales records and achieve monthly sales targets.

Requirements

Good communication and convincing skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Customer handling and sales experience preferred; freshers can also apply.

Ability to follow up with customers and close sales.

Responsible, active, and willing to learn.

Salary

₹15,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

Working Hours

Monday to Saturday | 9:00 AM–7:00PM
