1. Job Title: XML Conversion Specialist  

Experience: 1–3 Years 

Responsibilities: 

• Convert PDF, Word, InDesign, and other source files into structured XML. 
• Perform XML tagging based on project-specific DTD/schema guidelines. 
• Handle books, journals, articles, tables, references, and citations. 
• Validate XML files and resolve structural and tagging errors. 
• Perform quality checks and ensure accurate content conversion. 
• Follow client specifications and meet project deadlines. 
• Support XML automation and publishing workflows. 

Required Skills & Tools: 

• XML & XML Tagging 
• DTD / XSD 
• Oxygen XML Editor 
• MS Word 
• Adobe InDesign 
• Adobe Acrobat 
• XML Validation Tools 
• Basic knowledge of HTML & CSS 
• Knowledge of XML automation/scripting is an added advantage.
