Job Title: Accountant (Female, 30+ Years) 

Company: Smart Windows Systems 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Maintain books of accounts and financial records. 
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations. 
• Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory filings. 
• Process payroll and monitor employee reimbursements. 
• Generate monthly financial reports and MIS. 
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants. 
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies. 
• Monitor cash flow and support budgeting activities. 

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com); M.Com/CA Inter preferred. 
• Minimum 5+ years of accounting experience. 
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance. 
• Proficiency in Tally ERP/Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software. 
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. 
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality. 

Preferred Candidate: 

• Female, aged 30 years or above. 
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. 
• Experience in manufacturing or construction-related industries is an added advantage.
