Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Inside Sales / Telecalling Executive to generate leads, interact with potential customers, and support the sales team for solar project business. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, explaining solar solutions, scheduling meetings, and maintaining customer relationships.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain company solar products and project solutions.
Follow up on enquiries received through phone, email, website, and social media.
Schedule appointments for the field sales team.
Maintain customer database and update CRM records.
Coordinate with sales and technical teams for customer requirements.
Required Skills
- Good communication skills in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
- Strong telecalling and customer relationship skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to convince customers and handle objections.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
