Job Description

Provide technical support to the marketing and sales teams.
Understand product specifications, features, applications, and benefits.
Prepare technical product presentations, brochures, datasheets, and marketing materials.
Assist the sales team with customer technical queries and product demonstrations.
Coordinate with customers to understand technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Support product launches, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities.
Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations when required.
Collect customer feedback and coordinate with technical/product teams for improvements.
Prepare quotations, technical comparisons, and product-related documentation.
Maintain updated product and competitor information.
Work closely with sales, marketing, engineering, and customer-support teams.
Provide post-sales technical assistance when required.

Required Skills

Good understanding of technical products and applications.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication.
Ability to explain technical information in a simple and customer-friendly manner.
Willingness to travel for customer visits, exhibitions, and marketing activities when required.
