Business Analyst

JOB ROLE: Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements.

• Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement or optimization. • Translate business needs into technical specifications and communicate them effectively to development teams.

• Create detailed documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), use cases, process flows, and user stories.

• Conduct gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and desired states.

• Work with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, operations, and marketing, to ensure successful implementation of projects.

• Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Perform data analysis to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making.

• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather requirements, share findings, and provide updates.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure solutions meet business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.

• Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, JIRA, Tableau, or similar).

• Strong knowledge of business process modeling and data analysis techniques.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
