Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain application features using C#/.NET, VBA (MS Access) and SQL Server
• Support data flows and integrations between the Pricing/Proposal application and Salesforce, including API-based syncs, error handling, and field-mapping logic.
• Improve reliability, performance, and maintainability of existing codebase and database structures.
• Partner with Pricing leadership to translate business rules into configurable logic and automated workflows.
• Build and maintain stored procedures, ETL logic, and validation frameworks that support quoting accuracy.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement long-term fixes.
• Develop test cases and execute functionality, regression, and integration testing.
• Maintain documentation of system design, data models, integrations, test scripts, and configuration rules.
• Work with BI to ensure data quality for downstream reporting and margin analysis.
• Assist with the administration and development of enterprise applications, including configuration, user access, and release management.
• Build and support integrations across enterprise systems using Celigo and custom APIs, including monitoring, error handling, and data mapping.
• Support roadmap planning for new features, automation, and scalability as the business grows.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science
• 5+ years of experience with C#/.NET application development
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, including schema design, performance tuning, writing complex stored procedures, and query optimization.
• Experience integrating applications with Salesforce (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or direct integration patterns).
• Solid understanding of enterprise pricing concepts, quoting workflows, or CPQ-style systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Able to deploy .NET solution package in Sandbox and Production environments and be able to perform connect via CI/CD process
• Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional teams.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills.
• Clear communication and documentation skills.
• Be able to run daily standup meetings with offshore team and prepare weekly status reports
• Be available to support operational requests during core USA business hours in CST Zone
• Able to support cross team functional needs to build AI enabled dashboards and reports, etc., and leverage collaborative efforts with developers from cross functional team
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and share updates
