Job Description – Graduate Engineer Trainee / Diploma Trainee

Key Responsibilities
- Support electrical control panel manufacturing, assembly, wiring and testing.
- Read and understand electrical drawings, schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Assist in installation, inspection and troubleshooting of electrical systems.
- Follow safety procedures, quality standards and production schedules.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to complete assigned tasks.
Required Skills
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech / Diploma / B.Sc. In EEE, ECE, E&I, ICE or ECS.
- Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic components and control systems.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and follow technical instructions.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to work in 3-shift rotation.
- Good communication, teamwork and learning attitude.
Salary:
- BE/B.Tech: CTC ₹22,959/month
- Diploma: CTC ₹21,827/month
