Core Duties

1. Operate production welding equipment (such as MIG, TIG, or spot welding machines) efficiently.
2. Join metal sub-assemblies for products, industrial machinery, or consumer goods.
3. Conduct quality checks on finished welds to ensure they meet strength and aesthetic specifications.
4. Meet production quotas and timeline targets while working safely on the factory floor.

Key Requirements

1. Manufacturing experience: Familiarity with high-volume production environments and assembly workflows.
2. Welding proficiency: Strong skills in MIG/GMAW or TIG/GTAW, which are most common in factory settings.
3. Physical endurance: Comfort standing at a workstation, performing repetitive motions, and lifting heavy parts.
4. Precision mindset: Ability to maintain consistent weld quality across large batches of products.
