Job Summary

Conduct property site visits on behalf of banks & financial institutions.

Inspect properties, collect accurate details, take photographs, and prepare site reports.

Coordinate with property owners, bank officials, and the internal valuation team.

Ensure timely and accurate submission of valuation-related information.

* Visit residential, commercial & land properties

* Measure land & built-up areas

* Capture clear property photographs

* Collect property & ownership details

* Verify available documents

* Inspect property condition & surroundings

* Prepare site visit reports

* Update details in company app/software

* Coordinate with owners, banks & valuation team

* Meet reporting deadlines

* Maintain confidentiality

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Civil preferred

Experience: Freshers can apply

Requirement: Two-wheeler & willingness to travel preferred.
